| IMPORTANT In addition to the transponder rental, the deposit of €100 must be paid in cash when the transponder is picked up. (Only cash is accepted as a deposit. Identity card or driver's license as a deposit will no longer be possible from 2024 for organizational reasons) |
| For all payments of participation fees VAT-free German invoices will be issued. For companies based in Germany, the invoices also include 19% VAT. |
| If an entry submitted is canceled or withdrawn, for whatever reason, the following rule applies to the paid participation fee including the service fee: Cancellation up to 4 weeks before the event: €100.00 processing fee will be retained Cancellation up to 2 weeks before the event: 50% of the entry fee including service fee will be retained Cancellation less than 2 weeks before the event: No refund is possible Withdrawal can only be declared in writing. The date of receipt is crucial for the above-mentioned deadlines. |
| The entry fee includes: race track preparation, ORGA teams to secure the route, time keeping, the provision of a medical rescue concept, recovery truck, free entry to the event and visitor area, the organization of the award ceremony as well as one T-shirt and one medal per participant Please be sure to state the number of all additional arriving people with your registration, as this will be strictly controlled upon entry to the event site. In advance not registered person can also pay their service fee directly at the access control. Children up to 16 years of age have free access. |
